Hi! My name is Mindy (she/her) and I’m a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, and the founder of Release & Restore Therapy.
As a trauma-informed therapist, I specialize in helping individuals, couples/relationships, and families heal from trauma through Narrative Therapy, EMDR, Brainspotting, and somatic practices.
My work centers the experiences of BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities, recognizing the impact of intergenerational trauma, systemic oppression, and identity-based stress on mental health. Whether you are navigating trauma, anxiety, or relationship challenges, therapy provides a safe and collaborative space to reconnect with your story, your body, and your whole self.
