In addition to therapy work,

I am also a 500-hour certified yoga teacher with 10 years of teaching experience, and additional training in mindfulness and meditation.

Before I became a therapist, and even before I went to therapy for the first time, I found refuge on my yoga mat. I was raised Buddhist and practiced mindfulness and meditation starting when I was a pre-teen. Yoga introduced me to what I was really experiencing my body, and supported me throughout my own healing journey.

With that being said, everybody’s experience with yoga and mindfulness will be so different. and that’s okay.

My intention as your yoga and mindfulness teacher is to offer guidance and support to you in your experience of the practice.
