Couples & Partners Therapy
In my work with couples and partners, I use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to support my clients in identifying the cycle of interactions that they find themselves stuck in, as well as to highlight the underlying and unmet wants and needs, both emotionally and physically, that are fueling these interaction cycles. During the therapy process, the partners will have the space to explore how to reconnect with each other in a more mindful and compassionate way. We will also unpack and address the ways that the partners communicate with each other in order to strengthen what works well and to replace what isn’t working for them.
